Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering your medication from our online pharmacy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Due to the high standards required to store, transport, handle and maintain the integrity of medication, we will not be able to accept returns or provide refunds, unless there is sufficient evidence that the medication is in an unacceptable condition, at the time of supply.

You may be able to cancel an order if payment has not been made or the order has not been dispatched. Once the package has left our premises, we may not be able to accept a return or provide a refund. There are also exceptions to the right to cancel, so please contact customer support for further assistance.


If you want to return your medication, we need to determine if it is eligible for return, by assessing one or more of the following factors:

  • Incorrect medicine or package received.
  • Faulty or damaged items.
  • Incorrect quantity supplied.
  • Correct details have been supplied but the medicine has not arrived due to an issue with the courier or some unforeseeable problem.

In these instances, you may contact customer support to explain the problem, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The issue is reported to customer support immediately or within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Medication must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Items are returned within 7-14 calendar days of arrival.

It is important to review all your details before finalising orders, as we will not be able to accept returns or provide refunds in cases where the customer has supplied incorrect details, placed incorrect orders or failed to meet the necessary conditions.


Once we receive your item, we will investigate further and notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will process the request, at our discretion, by either replacing or exchanging the medication, or providing a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds may be credited to the original method of payment, or another method at our discretion, and should take 5-7 working days to be reflected to your account after approval. This may take longer depending on your payment service provider.

You may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.
